Midwest Independent Soil Samplers (MISS) is an agronomic data collection company that has soil sampled millions of acres.
MISS has worked from the Canadian border to the Gulf of Mexico and from Idaho to New York. Primarily, we work in Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado and Texas. In these areas, the majority of the soil sampling is done for either cooperative or independent fertilizer dealers. MISS has an exclusive ordering system that can be accessed on the web at www.soilview.com. When a particular farm field is pulled up, an overlay drawing program allows the person ordering soil sampling or any other MISS service to create a map of the customer’s territory.
A Master List is also created so the customer knows at all times where in the process of field collection and soils lab analysis any particular order is. The customer has full view to all the orders they have entered. The Master List is consistently the item our customers mention most when asked what they like most about partnering with MISS.
